Terms & Conditions

Earlybirds is happy to exchange any item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Garments will not be accepted if worn, washed, or damaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Earlybirds will exchange garments or refund your money if any article purchased from us is faulty. Postage costs will also be refunded. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please please contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges.


Delivery of your Order

Your order will be despatched from our Australian warehouse via DHL International Express. We will endeavour to despatch orders received before 12.00pm on the same day. Delivery of orders to the UK will usually take 2 working days. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday). You will receive tracking details of your order as soon as it is despatched from our warehouse.

International DHL Tracked and Signed For - £14.00
