Delivery of Your Order
We will endeavour to despatch orders received before 12.00pm on the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Our Terms & Conditions
Earlybirds is happy to exchange any item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Garments will not be accepted if worn, washed, or damaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Earlybirds will exchange garments or refund your money if any article purchased from us is faulty. Postage costs will also be refunded. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges. Faulty items need to be reviewed and once the fault has been approved you will receive a refund. All faults are reported to our factory to improve quality control.
