Welcome to Earlybirds

The concept for Earlybirds was created following the premature birth of founder Lynda Day's son who arrived ten weeks early, weighing just over 1.2 kgs. Lynda decided to develop a range of clothing specifically for premature and small babies as she found it extremely difficult to find clothes to fit her new son. She also wanted to alleviate this problem for other parents and carers of premature babies.

Extensive Research and Development

Following 12 months of research involving Paediatricians, NICU specialists and parents, Earlybirds Sunnydays collection was launched in 2002. The Organics Collection followed in 2008. Earlybirds has INPAA (Infant Nursery Products Association of Australia) Accreditation. Only the highest quality natural and organic cotton has been sourced and tested thoroughly to ensure our garments are made from premium fabrics.
